| Maximum II Features: Compact, sturdy, unitized frame, combing bag loading and bag sealing units. Single bag loading/sealing station -ideal for use where total packaging requirments can be handled through one station or for decentralizing bag packaging operations. All controls centrally located for operator convenience. Trouble-free operation with minimum maitenance. Bag Loading Section Features: Slide track mounting, with hand lock, to reposition loader as close to sealer as possible, depending on bag length being used. Entering horns specifically engineered to product configuration, providing fastest bag loading. Bag magazine and tongue plates available for bags on wickets, staple-packed, or "hot needle" tacked. Bag Sealing Section Features: Instant adjustability for differet product dimensions and for tilt angle of package slide platform. Theral-impulse seals for strong sealing, or steady-heat seals for highest speed sealing. Dial controls for heat and dwell time.Positive trim and disposal of waste bag top on both polyethylene and polypropylene bags. |
