Can I automatically bag shirts?
Yes. A wide variety of shirts can be bagged on the NEDCO Autobagger. The bag
size is limited to 9 ½ X 12 inches. This limits auto-bagging to
T-shirts.
Can I manually bag shirts?
Yes. A wide variety of shirts can be bagged on the NEDCO Unibagger-II. The
Unibagger can accommodate T-shirts, golf shirts, sweatshirts, and multiple
products in one bag. Please call NEDCO for a complete list of products that can
be bagged and bag sizes available for the Unibagger-II.
Can I use bags with plastic or cardboard headers at
the top?
Yes. The Unibagger will accommodate a wide variety of bag configurations.
Sample bags are available.
What size bagger /sealers are available?
The Unibagger II is available for product widths ranging from 15" wide to
30" wide.
Can I bag Potholders?
Yes.
Can I bag baseball caps?
Yes. The Unibagger II can be adjusted for bagging of many products that do not
lay flat.
Can I bag Patches?
Yes.
Can I bag small signs?
Yes. Testing at NEDCO is suggested.
Do you have machines to bag apparel on hangers?
NEDCO offers this type of equipment. Please contact us with your requirements.
What type of plastic bag do I need to use (or can I
use)?
The Unibagger II will seal a wide variety of plastic bags. The bags must be on
a wicket. Polyethylene, polypropylene, and cellophane bags as well as some foil
bags can be heat-sealed. Again, the bags must be on a wicket. Contact NEDCO to
discuss your special bagging needs. Sample bags are available.
Can I bag socks?
Yes. The Unibagger II will bag socks. This operation is however somewhat slower
than a conveyor or L-Sealer typically used in sock packaging.
Can I bag & seal 3, 6 or 12 shirts in a bag?
Yes. The Unibagger is fully adjustable for a variety of stacked products.
Larger and adjustable entering horns are also available for this application.
Larger bags are typically required for this application.
